fuel smell

G’day i’ve had some issues recently with my 2010 Sv6 holden commodore. Originally it was misfiring so we changed the coils and wires, it was good for a few months till recently where it started producing heavy white smoke which smelt like fuel from the exhaust, a very rough idle and low revs...

Hey just seeing if anyone knew what the fuel smell in my car could be. It only comes in when the car get fuel put in then it soon goes away after a few days. Edit: the car needs timing chains replaced (typical ve lol) so I’m not sure if that could be related whatsoever
