This has happened to me on the passenger side; the high and low beams keep fogging up. It's starting to piss me off as I used a hair dryer to try and dry it out and then left it open for a while. It eventually cleared after 2 hours, but today started to fog up. Any help would be appreciated.

Only about 4 months, it's did 34,000 km and I'm the 3rd owner. The problem has gone away, but I have been stopping myself from holding the steering wheel when I get out the car. It could still be an issue, so next service I mention it. Chris

I asked most of the dealers in my area and they laughed at me, so I managed to get some from an E-bay brand new. Paid $145 for the rears and yes I know that's expensive, but I have the full set now front and rear.

@panhead Are you able to post a photo of the rears as I want to compare the rears with various online stores. The part numbers are great help.

Always good to get a honest opinion than be lead up the BS path. I still think a OTR and a tune will be worth it. I cannot get the OTR without the tune without a triggered limp mode or warning on the dash. Not looking to get crazy power that would bend the rods. Looks like the Walkinshaw...

Unless the guy I bought it off was fudged the figures from the Tuner. I'm no expert in Dynos.

My SSV S1 UTE does about 290 KW. I am wondering if that's at the crank. In everyone's view 30-40 KW of power gain from the OTR intake and after a re-tune. It will be interesting to see what E85 does to the power gains. Hoping to get mine re-tuned in October for a OTR intake with E85 in the tank.

Thanks for the warning and heads up. I think I go with Oztrack unless somewhere locally can do it for a cheaper price for the same quality of work. My last car was done with a remote tune and I never had any problems. They only thing I couldn't do was tell what power my car was making.

From the reviews, it seems like that. I get from the e-mail responses that they trying to pull me in and the only way I am going get anything good is by spending $6,000 and maybe I get my car back that's not worse off.

Update on the interference... I have managed to reduce it dremantically by moving the 4G antenna high up into the dash. The video said to place it on the head unit, but for some reason that causes interference. I also made sure all unused wires and RCA jacks were tapped with duck tape. Overall...

Yes it takes about 2-4 seconds to turn on. Sometimes if not use for a while it does a complete power cycle that lasts 6-10 seconds.

Everything working now, which is good. However, there is a strange interference or sounding like something not grounded. I've recorded it and the strange thing is it only happens in certain areas that I drive.

Finally, Finally, Finally, I have sorted the subwoofer connector. I must have visited 7 shops and eventually, a car audio shop gave me an old harness that I used to custom-make or fudge together a connector pin. For some reason, there is a strange audio interference that happens for 5 seconds...

One more issue to fix and that the rear subwoofers not working. Been told I need to connect an amp trigger wire, so does anyone know what you call the metal pins on the connectors? Online it says locks. I have to connect it between yellow and green wire.

I will let you all know, so you don't have to put any money down. Don't think it's going to be as bad as everyone thinks. The only other options is Kenwood or other pioneer head units or android auto and apple car play integration. I personally don't like them as you end up using your phone.

I saw the reviews and it seems to be on previous versions of the head unit around 2019-2020. If I do find that the head unit is that bad I will get returned. I've bought head units from Joying and back when they only had 2G-4G ram and was slow head units.

Got a reply like everyone says: Thanks for your enquiry for the mudflaps for your VF SSV but unfortunately they are obsolete now. You’ll have to try online or aftermarket.

That's helpful, more than the dealer as they put it in the too hard basket. So you have OEM front and rear for VF commodore 2014 UTE? If compatible are you willing to sell as it's becoming a real effort to find them. Chris
