Hi all recently decided to change diff oils in my VT ss and VX ss normally use castrol diff oils but none in stock so used penrite PRO GEAR 80W-140 which is supposed to have lsd type stuff in it. Both diffs(completey stock Holden lsds) both sub 200k are now making crunchy sounds at parking...

Can get a VY V8 growler kit cheap(free), removing a growler from my VY SS to make it stock. Would it fit a VZ V8, looking at pics just drill a hole for the coolant dip stick and would fit. Not to fussed as its a VZ crewman runabout but the air box has a crack.
