Needing to replace my door latch, 2009 ute, my question is whats the difference between a 5pin and a 4 pin plug configuration???... Most aftermarket units are stating a 5 pin unit, but I only have 4 pins... will the 5 pin function normally?

Job done. Plenty of room to just use a spanner to undo the inner tie rod, no special tool required.

Thanks for the reply. FIFO working atm. Not home for a while to have a look. Plenty of big spanners on hand to use. Lol.

Can I access the inner tie rod nut with a normal spanner or do I need the tube removal tool? Without removing the rubber boots to have a look, Im trying to not touch any of it until i have all the required bits and pieces to do the job lot in one go. VE SS 09 ute.

Ive got the same problem in the wifes sedan, I cant change the temperature settings. Tried changing out the actuators for new ones/relearn relearn...same result, still wont work. Very frustrating..

I done a vent re-learn/reset, by holding the demist button and now the AC is only blowing hot air.....Wife not happy with a week of 40+ degrees. The AC pipes are cold at firewall, so all good there. Maybe one of the hot vents are stuck open for some strange reason.....All the directional vents...

Ok, 2 hrs with the search bar...He's not my friend today........... I done a vent relearn today and now the Air con is blowing hot air...... every thing else is working fine as should be, Have I done something wrong....(Its as if the heater/cold selection valve-tap-thingo, is not working)...

Not scratched but corrosion/leaching under the clear coat, so I discovered..... I spent an hr with various abrasive pads on the die grinder and stripped off the clear coat followed by some wet n dry. A bit of polish and elbow grease......the spokes now look new again. I did consider the paint...
