Does anyone have a diagram for the fuel system for a 2001 VX V6 - my daughters can runs well on LPG - but always a bit shitty on Petrol. Now it just splutters and dies on petrol.

I think there is a couple of heater hoses there plus a valve arrangement to adjust heating - whp the cover off and you will see them! By the way - my VZ has red coolant not green ?

Also check your filler cap - these usually fail by going soft - i,e releasing coolant before the top pressure has been reached, but can also fail by over pressuring - i.e not releasing. This may be what blew your radiator core . A new cap is a lot cheaper and easier to fix than a thermostat.
I read recently that Kia are considering a 10 year warranty - currently 7 years. Now there is a company that has some faith in its product and doesn't view customers as an opportunity for a long term trip off .

So - just for fun attached a photo of the back of the original GM pump that came off without any seals .
on the left - oil discharge to filter housing, centre - oil pick up from sump - right - bolt hole. So it looks like the groove has been machined to receive an O ring - but - no O ring...
I did my Leo just recently - no gasket when it came apart so no gasket when it went back together with the new pump. There is a machined groove on each of the joining faces, but not deep enough or the right shape for an O ring seal.
I put a smidge of RTV silicon in there to make sure.

I'd be checking the battry connections first - you would be surprised how often what appears to be a good connection is actually loose. How many kms has it done?
