Thank you for the help. The problem is solved, put a different relay fuse in and the left light is now working again

I mean the globe is not blown only one of them is. They are GE brand and I have not yet done that test but thank you I'll also test it that way.

It was not working when I first brought the car, I changed the globes and it worked well for about 3 months and now this has just happened over last 2 days. Also this is the other second light that is in my left light (the left side,broken one) Also thank you I will check those fuses first thing.

Hey guys, I have a vx 2001 and it has Monaro headlights and tailights, no issues with the back but front headlight on the left side has completely killed both of the normal driving lights in only the left side, but it still works on high beam? I'm confused and worried it's a bad wiring...

Hey, I know this post is a bit old now just wondering if you found the issue? My vx is starting to experience the same thing, it's not as bad now I've adjusted the throttle body cable, but because I've done this do I need someone to make my PCM recognise this? Cheers if anyone could help :)

Thank you, very helpful. Hopefully now I'll be able to fix this issue before it gets any worse because so far it's stalled but haven't had any knocking yet. I'll definitely be checking that as the first thing.

My car is experiencing these same issues, just curious if you mean you replaced the ABS module connector or if you just cleaned it? Thanks

Thank you. I will give it a check over tomorrow, also the o ring definitely did not come out with PCV so I'll check to see if it will come out easy or worth buying a new one if possible.

Could I use this pcv valve? It's out of my vy series 2 And should it have an o ring on it or just like so in photo?

Must be something to do with when I installed it then, because it had no brakes when I brought the car, so I put a vy brake booster into the vx. I'm trying to see if it's just something simple I forgot like loose nut or hose, but I'm not having much luck at the moment, I can hear the noise when...

Does the brake booster run to the pcv valve? Because now I'm hearing air sucked back or out either one, everytime I push my brake on... even in park? Bit confused now

Thanks heaps everyone. I'll update when I find out the problem. got the car out the back now so I'll sus everything better first thing in the morning. Also might have lost my oil sensor because I never got an oil light when it was almost completely out?

Thanks heaps, if it's the top seal do I have to change any of my fluids or anything else after changing gaskets or it's okay?
