V6 engines with a timing chain

Okay then and why I'm asking is I'd like another Commodore and a latter model than the VX I had. Looks like a 2010 or latter is the way to go.

Which abrasive blasting cabinet do you use and would recommend.

Recently I've upgraded to a 16 cfm ITM 3.0hp 328 litres a minute air compressor for the shed and would now like to get a abrasive blasting cabinet. I've been looking online to see what's popular and ideally ones that don't need any modifications to use, so many seem not to work efficiently and...

    Good Bye

Thanks for the kind comments guys, sure we could have sold it but I'm at that stage of my life where going to all the trouble of stripping it, storing it, advertising and having folks take a look for maybe a total of 1,000 just isnt of an interest to me. Yep bought a 2 post hoist have that setup...

I have a VT series 2 engine with 80,000 ks that's being rebuild and is to go into our Rat Rod project and am wondering does anyone know what parts on the V6 engines talk to the computer. What I'm asking is when doing an engine swap I believe you must have the original computer box otherwise the...

How far can you drive on a flat tyre?

Unbelievable hey just how often would anyone get to flat tyre while driving on a sealed road. Any distance will stuff the tyre and if thats not an issue them maybe a kilometer or 2 until it parts from the rim. I wouldn't recommend this but I have seen a lady driving a Hiace van down the highway...

    Removing the wiring harness

Has anyone removed the wiring harness from a VX before. I'm in the process of dismantling our VX Commodore sedan and am going to us as much of it for our Austin A70 Rat Rod. Wondering is the wiring one complete harness or does it come apart at the firewall to form 2 sections. I'm using the V6...
