Hey guys, the 3 fuel pipes entering the fuel bay at right side bottom just wondering ; one is for supply to engine, one is return to tank, what is the other one for ? is it a breather hose ?

I found a decaying breather hose so i will replace it. I found a fuel pipe line entering at the bottom right rear of the fuel bay. I think it is 3/8 pipe designed for a hose & clamp. ? not sure where it goes, it wasn't connected to a male fitting ? So I blocked it off ? Or should I reduce it to...
