2nd Attempt. Used a V8 cover, made a cutout for the radiator cap, and trimmed the airbox back. Need to paint the radiator support to match.

Couple of engine bay shots. Painted up the V8 Radiator Shroud and the overflow and washer lids. Polished up the air conditioning and the cruise control.

One of the things I missed the most was the traction control when I went from the VZ R8 to the VX. The VX TC is rubbish. Might take a look down the track. I need to figure out what to do with the gearbox first. Either convert to manual or manualised 4L80. Just being gentle with it at the...

Harrop Supercharger Install - Dyno Run

Had a go at a custom guage pod. Was a pain to get to fit right even using the factory GPS housing. Hard to get it to the quality level I like, but looks good in the car for the moment.

Trial fitting a few of the dress up bits. Painted up the throttle bracket and piping.

Got the SS pedals fitted. Been treating the leather regularly, and starting to soften up. Interior is looking sweet. (Only got the footwell and door lights to wire up, and the speakers to install)

A few progress shots. Taken a lot longer than I had expected. Get it back next week.

Got a new set of Kindig Exhaust cutouts to fit the 3inch exhaust. Will get them fitted when I get it back. The sound will be insane.

Off to the workshop for the Supercharger and Roller Rocker install, New ARP Headstuds, LS2 Coils, New Thermos etc. Will share Dyno video and pics when I pick it up. Sooooo Excited!

Painted the Shifter surround gloss black, and installed a new leather boot.

Boost gauge install in preparation, and shifter install. Need a new shifter boot.

New Brakes for the Front. HSV C5 Calipers, rebuilt with new seals, pistons etc. 330 mm DBA T3 4000 rotors. Safebrake brake lines. Painted and rebuilt rear calipers to match.
