hi guys worked it out. the input shaft was bent down so it wouldnt go in. nothing a podgy bar and a little leverage cant fix

Hi all, i have just finished a manual conversion for my vt but am a bit stumped with something. the problem is that the gearbox will only select 1st 3rd and 5th. & cannot select at all reverse 4th or 2nd. the guy who sold me the gearbox said that he was driving it earlier on the day he sold it...

dont think so as mine sat really high. the struts are from a vy clubby and when sat next to the standard ones are the same length but they sit way too high when installed. will post a pic when i work out how

Hi all. Was looking to see if anybody with an xu6 could let me know what code is on the xu6 front springs as I bought a set of hsv sport struts but they're off a v8 so it sits really high. I also wanted to know if they're possibly the same as fe2 springs thanks heaps in advance

Cheers heaps will be returning the injectors asap. I also wanted to know if I'd be better off going with a dual 2.25' opposed to the dual 2.5' & yep it is auto for now. Will be converting it soon though thanks for the help

Will be getting a memcal from turbo tune industries soon which they say they will tune to suit. Has anybody else bought a memcal from them? $125 for the memcal tuned to the car sounds a bit cheap to me? Any help appreciated. Cheers
