Turn the key to start don't crank wait 10 minutes turn it off wait 5 seconds repeat 3 or 4 times until it fires..that's what I did. Def cranky as it needed to get its idle correct pretty sure monsta replied to a thread ages back that i read explaining it better

Right well I have it started did the key learning process.. now it's got a sewing machine like noise after the cam install any ideas why that is?

I had a ECM replacement done do i need to have a Holden dealer re program the immobilizer? Or is there a relearn option? I've been able to turn the key to the before start position and was able read the current tune to be sent off to my tuner.

So I have run into a problem with my cig lighter on my 2006 SS Commy originally thought it was the fuse checked the pass kick panel ran over it with a test light it's fine not blown so I went to the wreckers grabbed one from a wreck thinking that it was just the original cig lighter had died...

So i have a 07 VE V6 commodore i'm going to be doing a conversion buying a wrecked VE SS with an L98 in the near future, Is there a possibility of running a Haltech on the motor only and keeping the standard ECU & BCM out of the SS for the transmission, central locking power windows etc?
