Man I've been searching high and low and I think I've deadset nailed it, I'm not sure but it seems to colour match a V6 power antenna plug. Still checking now and above the ecu
The 9 pin one was a different plug but I just reppined it as it was pretty much same colour but from the v6 dash there's also 2 one a 9 pin no issue and another that I think is 8 pin but only has 6 wires I've uploaded a pic after trying heaps
Sorry my loom is from a 88 calais the same one that was on the engine there's 2 plugs at ecu end of loom one is aldl and one is 9 pin then on the dash end there's the 9 pin and another one with 6 wires it's this one I'm struggling with
I've recently put 5L running gear out of a 88 calais into a 90 VN LE and this plug under dash near ecu has me stumped.? Anyone help.pls the loom has aldl+ 9 pin connector the 90 dash has 9 pin connector I had to repin and another one with 6 wires this is the one I've no idea about, pls help
Man I've got same issue I just put a 88 vn calais 5L running gear in my 90 LE V6 and the dash plug near ecu has me completely stumped. There's 2 from dash n 3 from loom including aldl so I've hooked up bigger dash plug but am struggling with thile smaller one
It's the two plugs above the ecu one is aldl and other is one of concern it's totally different too the dash one in my car that was originally a 1990 V6 and an update I got it started today however Ru ning very rough, popping and farting and even kept going when I turnt key off, think that maybe...
The plugs for the dash above the ecu are different has anyone converted a v6 to a v8 using a calais loom and how do I get this thing started, it's got me stuffed ay. Ecu plugs in fine but two plugs above it are different can I buy a loom from anywhere or anyone have any idea.?
