Had the whole system checked by a professional Radiator person. Compression passed, but the theromstate was stuck open. Added a new top hose just for good luck and its purring again

hey always check that the 'broken' plastic tooth isn't wedged in main drive. If a tooth is missing, try to find it so you can rule that out if there is a problem later.

Ambo handbake cable just been to the local holden dealer, they said my handbrake cable was worn and nearing replacement, but they don't have access to any due to its extra length. As anyone else come across this problem? Ken
