Will get a decent set not just the one. Tell me the other side is easier...:eek:

So just went to me private road and flogged her. Didn't get the engine almost wabble at the 6500rpm gear changes like before, but all gear changes felt smoother now and to be expected...

Just under 5 seconds to 100 ain't bad for the one girl hey...


Oh and no error codes but waaaay too early to know if it's helped the limp mode saga....

If the engine mounts were stuffed, might want to check the trans mount as well.

Well have drove into Brisbane for a meal and few drinks. Cars def feeling a lot better and so far no dummy spit...

Personally, I don’t think the engine lifted as much.
No check videos and totally different. The rubber was totally split so yeah def feeling a lot tighter... ;)
So the million dollar question....Has it solved the clunk when you press the brake pedal?
No it's still exactly the same. Will order new sway bars or whatever they're called later or tomorrow..

Not sure what they are but prob best to swap out all the bushes in and around the engine / steering area hey.

Will have a google tomorrow. Just about to get stuck into this... :D

Like I said earlier you don't worry about swapping bushes in these, you replace the whole arms. The effort required to swap bushes in a VE your better off replacing the whole component. VEs are not like Gen IIs where swapping bushes and joints is easy enough.

Also the ball joints in the arms tend to wear out well before the arm bushes go.
